Special Opportunity for Scouts!

Guided Hope volunteers will review the horse badge requirements for American Heritage Girls, Trail Life, Girl Scouts, and Boy Scouts with Scout leaders and will teach the scouts. Leaders, parents, and caregivers can certainly join in the event and/or be there to watch. There will be a limit to the number of participants…15 Scouts total.
Beyond this event, troop families are invited at any time to register and attend a family Roundup. The kids can learn to become Wranglers or Ranch Hands, also. Please see our Roundup or volunteer page for details.
There is no fee for any GH events, Roundups, or youth leadership programs! We do this by relying heavily on our volunteers, and also raising funds to feed the horses, goats, pigs, chickens, and other animal ambassadors that serve on the ranch. For this, we ask that each participant considers pitching in toward the costs. Donations are not required, but greatly appreciated.
