Junior Roundup Camp

Junior Roundup Camp!  These programs are for children and teens, 6-14, who desire to learn, serve, and have fun in the country!  Guests will be paired up with a Wrangler Mentor who will work alongside him/her as they do chores, spend time with the horses and livestock, and horseback ride (optional).   We require that a parent or legal guardian remain on-site to help with chores or enjoy some respite on the ranch.  Appointment required.  Each camp week is three days in a row, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:30 - 11:30 a.m., followed by a Friday evening, from 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. (Some weeks offer 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday.) Junior Wrangler Leadership Camp

Junior Wrangler Leadership Camp!  This unique program is for students, 12-18 years of age (7th grade and above), who desire to learn, serve, and have fun in the country!   Apply as a Wrangler online under "Volunteer."  This is designed for those teens who desire to learn leadership and safety skills to eventually apply for our Wrangler team and work with our Roundup guests.  We will spend time doing chores, learning about the animals, grooming horses, learning basic horsemanship skills, and share in a Bible devotional time together.  Parents are required to come to the first session for one hour and may remain at the ranch to serve during each additional session, as desired.  Each student is expected to attend all three sessions.  These sessions may be applicable for school community service hours.  If you are unable to attend all three for Session #1 on Saturdays: March 30, April 6, and April 13, please indicate your availability in coming to […]

Ranch Hand Volunteer Day

Teens, adults, and families of all ages are welcome to serve together as "Ranch Hand" volunteers!   These needs range from mucking stalls to gardening to projects for professionals.  Please see our "Volunteer" page for details and to complete your application.   Children under 15 will be asked to serve alongside their parent/guardian or group leaders.  These are typically two hour shifts.  Thank you for your heart to serve! Bring a group!  Church groups, Scouts, 4-Hers, Schools, and Corporate Groups are welcome!  Schedule a volunteer day with us and bring a lunch, dinner, or snacks to share at our picnic tables after a good day of serving and team building together.  Time of day may be flexible upon request.

Family Roundup

Bring your whole family for a Roundup!  All ages are welcome!  Come and learn about the animals on our working ranch, horse back ride (optional), play together, and serve by doing needed ranch chores to keep Guided Hope running for future guests.  Details may be found under “Guest Roundups,” on our website.
