Ranch on the Road

Making Friends Through Ranch on the Road

It was a special blessing to share our Animal Ambassador goats (Cherish, Pip, and Pudge) and bunny (Mocha) with our new friends today! We love how Ranch on the Road allows for in person interaction with those who either cannot come to the ranch or have yet to learn about how to get involved at the ranch. This form of outreach provides hope and encouragement to people of all ages. Our Animal Ambassadors provide comfort, smiles, and opportunities to share about animal education and God’s creativity (Psalm 104:24 and Romans 1:20).

Ranch on the Road

Hundreds of students were able to experience the joys of ranch life, interact with our Animal Ambassadors, and learn about the Creator with Ranch on the Road last month! What a blessing it is to mentor individuals, strengthen families, share hope, and inspire service in the community!

A HUGE thank you to our volunteer wranglers who joined us on the road! Your hard work and dedication were VERY MUCH appreciated!

Sharing, Support, and Service!

We have had a busy end of summer and kick-off to fall!

Visitors to the Boulder County Fair enjoyed fun and education with our GH animal ambassadors shared by our Wrangler, Junior Wrangler, and Board of Director volunteers during the opening weekend.  Following the fair, we hosted our remaining Junior and Family Roundups for families eager to get another opportunity on the Ranch this year.  Our summer season was topped off with generous blessings of support and service!

We have a wonderful new partnership with Mission Homes, who has chosen Guided Hope as one of their 2019 Most Valuable Partners, to receive a portion of funds from their profits!
Mission Homes Colorado is a new missional home building business based in Berthoud.  Please check out their website for more information. We are thankful for their support and excited for this new partnership!

Berthoud Days

Berthoud Days was amazing!  We gathered up our Nigerian Dwarf babies and Ginger, our LaMancha for a walk through town.  The youngest babies got to ride in the wagon.  Vanessa got a prime seat riding with Elizabeth.  Our new banner introduced Guided Hope and the kids handed out candy…Jolly Ranchers, of course!  Afterwards we set up a booth at the park complete with our rabbit, Patience, and the Nigerians who attracted many visitors.  With the help of wonderful volunteers, we shared GH information throughout the afternoon with hundreds of people.   Since then, we have been hosting numerous new volunteers and getting the word out to individuals and families that we are here for them!
